刘昭君，女，1989年生，博士，副研究员，硕士生导师。主要从事北太平洋西边界流（黑潮和琉球海流）动力过程及其对气候变化的响应、东海和北太平洋水交换过程及动力机制等方面的研究。主持和参加国家自然科学基金（青年）和国家自然科学基金重点国际（地区）合作等项目。获自然资源部科普讲解大赛二等奖。
