张翰,男,1989年生,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事海洋对热带气旋(台风)的响应和反馈过程研究,包括热带气旋(台风)期间的实测资料分析、数值模拟和理论研究,全球和区域热带气旋统计特征分析。
