  • Research Interest

    热带是海洋与大气相互作用最为强烈的区域,是台风、季风、ENSO等高影响事件的源地,在天气和气候尺度上都有举足轻重的全球影响。吴巧燕的主要工作和兴趣是,针对热带多尺度海气相互作用的难点问题,利用各种观测数据和模拟手段,开展物理海洋学和大气动力学的交叉研究。 具体的内容主要包括:热带气旋与海洋的相互作用、热带气旋和气候相互作用、热带短期气候变异及其预测,等等。
