2） Technique Breakthrough (new technology): To develop autonomous satellite data processing and remote sensing monitoring technology and provide technical support for the development of new marine satellite series in China.

3） Application Promotion (new application): To develop new technologies and thematic applications of remote sensing applications for national needs and operational services, and to provide application system with independent intellectual property rights for real-time monitoring of marine environment and integrated applications.
